摘 要:重金属污染土壤修复越来越受到人们的重视,植物修复因其成本低、二次污染小等优点在污染土壤修复中备受青睐。通过实验研究了野生植物巴天酸模在重金属Cu、Zn、Pb污染土壤生境中的生长耐性和修复能力,结果表明:(1)巴天酸模种植40 d后,长势良好,表现出超强耐性。(2)巴天酸模对Cu的富集系数高于其他两种金属,呈现出Cu>Zn>Pb的富集特征;其地上部分富集系数均大于根部。(3)巴天酸模对3种重金属元素的转运系数均大于1,具有较强的地上部分转运能力,对Zn和Cu的转运系数略高于Pb。(4)依照《土壤环境质量农用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB 15618-2018),采用单因子污染指数评价方法,表明土壤污染程度分别由修复前的尚清洁、轻污染、中污染和重污染等级修复成为尚清洁或清洁等级,修复效果显著。在本次试验条件下,当Cu、Zn、Pb浓度分别为800 mg/kg、630 mg/kg和600 mg/kg时,均可用巴天酸模植物修复污染土壤。该结果为研究区域土壤重金属污染修复提供了一种可供选择的修复植物种类。More and more attention has been paid to the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.Phytoremediation is very popular in bioremediation due to its advantages of low cost and little secondary pollution.This article studied the growth tolerance and remediation ability of Rumex patientia under the stress of soil heavy metals Cu,Zn and Pb.The results were as follows:(1)After 40 days of being planted,Rumex patientia grew well with super tolerance.(2)The enrichment coefficient of Cu was higher than those of other metals,which presented the enrichment regularities of Cu>Zn>Pb.The enrichment coefficient of aboveground part surpassed that of root part of plant.(3)The translocation of Rumex patientia to three metals were all larger than 1,and it has strong aboveground transport capacity.The translocation of Cu and Zn were larger than that of Pb.(4)Adopting the evaluation method of single factor pollution index,the soil pollution grades were changed from still clean,light pollution,medium pollution and heavy pollution before remediation to clean or still clean after remediation in accordance with soil environmental quality,risk control standard for soil contamination of agricultural land(trial)(GB 15618-2018).The effect of remediation was remarkable.When the concentrations of Cu,Zn and Pb weren′t respectively higher than 800 mg·kg-1,630 mg·kg-1 and 600 mg·kg-1,Rumex patientia could be used to remediate the contaminated soil.The results of this study can provide an alternative phytoremediation plant species for the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil,which would be expected to be put into practice.
