摘  要:近年来,得益于光伏技术的发展,光伏器件的光谱响应范围从原来的(400~1100)nm扩展到(300~1200)nm,用于评估太阳模拟器性能的标准IEC 60904也在2020年末推出了第三版,对光谱分布范围和光谱匹配度均提出了更高要求,这对现有的太阳模拟器的性能形成了更高的挑战。我国作为光伏产品研发制造大国,各生产研发部门、科研机构和高校用于光伏器件关键电参数测量的氙灯太阳模拟器保有量可观,且基本使用稳态氙灯光源,但当中不少设备已使用多年,因为种种原因光谱匹配度性能衰减明显。文中研究稳态氙灯模拟器的性能和结构特点,提出了基于调节氙灯滤光片透光特性的太阳模拟器光谱匹配度改善方法,一方面可拓宽太阳模拟器的光谱分布范围,另一方面对拓宽后的光谱辐射的光谱匹配度有明显改善,避免了该类设备过早退役,对光伏行业的降本增效具有重要意义。In recent years,thanks to the development of photovoltaic technology,the spectral response range of photovoltaic devices has been expanded from the original(400~1100)nm to(300~1200)nm.The Standard IEC 60904 for evaluating the performance of solar simulators has also launched the third edition at the end of 2020,which puts forward higher requirements for spectral distribution range and spectral matching,which poses a higher challenge to the performance of existing solar simulators.As a large country in photovoltaic product R&D and manufacturing,China has a considerable number of xenon lamp solar simulators used by various production and R&D departments,scientific research institutions and universities for the measurement of key electrical parameters of photovoltaic devices,and basically use steady-state xenon lamp light sources.However,many of these devices have been used for many years,and the performance of spectral matching has been significantly degraded for various reasons.This paper studies the performance and structural characteristics of the steady-state xenon lamp simulator,and puts forward a method to improve the spectral matching degree of the solar simulator based on adjusting the light transmission characteristics of the xenon lamp filter.On the one hand,it can broaden the spectral distribution range of the solar simulator,on the other hand,it can significantly improve the spectral matching degree of the broadened spectral radiation,avoid the premature retirement of this kind of equipment,and is of great significance to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the photovoltaic industry.
