摘 要:防火门耐火性能试验是检测防火门性能最为重要的参数之一,往往只能通过耐火性能试验来得出性能指标,既费时又费力,还无法达到现场快速检测的要求。文中通过一种数学模型模拟防火门耐火性能试验数据并通过规格型号为GFM-1021-dk5A1.00(乙级)-1的钢质隔热防火门分别在30min、60min和90min三个时间点的耐火性能试验数据与防火门耐火性能隔热性推演公式进行对比,分析可得耐火性能隔热性数据推演公式在一定程度上可以反映出防火门的耐火性能,可作为防火门耐火性能检测现场快速筛查使用,并可为防火门的生产和研制提供一定的理论和数据支撑。The fire resistance test of fire doors is one of the most important parameters to detect the performance of fire doors.Often,the performance index can only be obtained through the fire resistance test,which is time-consuming and laborious,and cannot meet the requirements of on-site rapid detection.In this paper,a mathematical model is used to simulate the fire resistance test data of fire doors,and the specification and model is gfm-1021-dk5a100(class B)-1steel insulated fire doors.The fire resistance test data at three time points of 30min,60min and 90min are compared with the fire resistance and heat insulation deduction formula of fire doors.The analysis shows that the fire resistance and heat insulation data deduction formula can reflect the fire resistance of fire doors to a certain extent,and can be used as a rapid screening on the fire resistance test site of fire doors.It can also provide some theoretical and data support for the production and development of fire doors.
