摘　　要：为揭示2000年以来我国警察心理健康状况的年代变迁趋势及其社会影响因素,对中国知网、万方数据库中使用SCL-90量表的116篇文献(共88306人)进行横断历史元分析。结果发现,自2000年以来,我国警察心理健康状况整体呈恶化发展趋势,2011~2018年恶化趋势明显。其中,男性、狱警、本科及以上学历、警龄10年以上、年龄30岁以上、东部沿海和中部崛起地区警察的心理健康状况恶化明显,刑警和西部开发地区警察的心理健康状况逐渐改善。2000~2018年和2000~2011年间,5年前和当年的社会治安环境(包括刑事犯罪率、刑事案件破案率、治安案件发生率)越差,警察当年的心理症状越多,5年后的社会治安环境则越差。2011~2018年间,5年前的社会治安环境越差,警察当年心理症状越多,当年的社会治安环境越差,以焦虑为主的多种症状则越少。通过系统揭示2000年以来我国警察心理健康状况的发展趋势和社会影响因素,既可对新时代背景下增强警察心理健康服务的必要性提供实证支持,也为科学干预警察心理健康问题提出有益的实践启示。In order to reveal the changes of Chinese police officers’ mental health status with years and its social factors,a cross-temporal meta-analysis was conducted on 116 papers (N=88306) using the SCL-90 in CNKI and Wanfang databases.The results showed that (1) since 2000,police officers’ mental health status was increasingly getting worse in general,particularly in 2011~2018.The mental health statuses of male officers,prison guards,bachelor degree and above,more than 10 years tenure,30 years old above,and the eastern coastal and the rise of central areas were significantly severe.However,those officers’ mental health status of criminal police and from the western development area was increasingly improved.(2) In 2008~2018 and 2000~2011,the worse the social security environment (including criminal crime rate,public security case incidence rate,and criminal case detection rate) was five years ago and in the actual year,the more psychological symptoms police officers had,and the worse the social security environment was after five years.(3) In 2011~2018,the worse the social security environment was five years ago,the more psychological symptoms police officers had in actual year.The worse the social security environment was in actual year,the less psychological symptoms they had.This paper not only provides empirical support for thenecessity of strengthening police officers’ mental health service under the background of the new era,but also provides beneficial practical enlightenment for scientific intervention of their mental health by systematically revealing the development trend and social factors of police officers’ mental health in China since 2000.
