摘  要:以FeCr_(24)Co_(12)合金为基础,系统研究了通过中频感应炉冶炼方式生产的铸造铁铬钴合金成分以及添加合金化元素V和Ti对合金磁性能的影响。试验表明:合金化元素V和Ti的加入,起到了提高合金的磁性能,降低合金固溶温度,改变冷却方式的作用;合金中Cr含量(质量分数,下同)在24%~26%,Co含量在10%~12%时,合金的磁性能最佳。试验获得的FeCr_(26)Co_(12)V_(1)Ti_(1)合金最佳磁性能为:B_(r)=1.328 T,H_(c)=49.84 kA/m,(BH)_(max)=50.24 kJ/m^(3)。Based on FeCr_(24)Co_(12) alloy,the composition of cast FeCrCo alloy produced by medium frequency induction furnace and the effect of alloying elements V and Ti on the magnetic properties of the alloy were systematically studied.The results show that the addition of alloying elements V and Ti can improve the magnetic properties of the alloy,reduce the solution temperature and change the cooling mode.The magnetic properties of the alloy are the best when Cr content is 24%~26% and Co content is 10%~12%.The results show that the magnetic properties of FeCr_(26)Co_(12)V_(1)Ti_(1) alloy are:B_(r)=1.328T,H_(c)=49.84 kA/m,(BH)m=50.24 kJ/m^(3),which is the best performance obtained in this study.
