摘  要:简述并分析了超导磁体系统中高温超导电流引线的冷却结构、国内外电流引线研究现状以及铜引线传热优化设计,其中,优化设计过程中高温超导电流引线承载电流为150 A,截流温度为70 K,铜引线高温端温度为290 K,通过最佳尺寸经验公式法与MATLAB优化工具分别对铜段电流引线进行传热优化设计,最后确定铜引线最小漏热为9.95 W,铜引线直径为6.4 mm,横截面积为32 mm^(2),长度为712 mm,并展望了高温超导电流引线的发展趋势。The research status of current leads, the cooling structure of high temperature superconducting(HTS) current leads which in superconducting magnet system,Heat transfer optimization design of copper lead are briefly introduced and analyzed, The current carrying capacity of the high-temperature superconducting current leads is 150 A, the cutoff temperature is 70 K, and the temperature of the copper lead is 290 K. Based on this, the heat transfer optimization design of copper current leads is carried out by the method of the best size empirical formula and MATLAB,The minimum heat leakage of copper leads is9.95 W, the diameter of copper leads is 6.4 mm, the cross-sectional area is 32 mm^(2) and the length is 712mm. Finally, the prospect of the high temperature superconducting current leads is given.
