摘  要:采用熔渗法制备AgWC(30)触头材料,并测量了其力学物理性能和金相组织。结果表明,熔渗法制备的AgWC(30)触头材料具有相对密度高、电阻率低、金相组织均匀等特点,与复压复烧工艺相结合,可使AgWC(30)触头材料的性能进一步提升。The AgWC(30) contact materials were prepared by infiltration, and its mechanical and physical properties and metallographic distribution were measured. The results show that the AgWC(30) contact material prepared by the infiltration method has the characteristics of high relative density, low resistivity and homogeneous metallographic distribution. Combined with the re-pressing and re-sintering technology,the properties of AgWC(30) contact material is further improved.
