摘  要:选取高速动车组用某合成酯变压器油,对其进行热氧加速老化试验,测试分析不同老化时间后合成酯变压器油的酸值、运动黏度、介质损耗因数及紫外吸收光谱,研究其热氧老化特性。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,合成酯变压器油的性能不断下降;酸值和运动黏度在老化前期,性能下降缓慢,到达28天出现增长拐点,之后性能急剧劣化;伴随老化的进行,合成酯变压器油氧化产生新的氧化物,其对性能劣化起决定作用,并随老化时间的增加而逐渐增多。The synthetic ester transformer oil for high-speed EMU is selected to carry out thermal oxidation accelerated aging test. The acid value, kinematic viscosity, dielectric dissipation factor and UV absorption spectrum of synthetic ester transformer oil after diferent aging time, which are tested and anlyzed to study thermal oxidation aging characteristics. The results show that the performance of the synthetic ester transformer oil decreases with aging time. The acid value and kinematic viscosity decrease slowly in the early stage of aging, and there is an inflection point of growth an 28 days, then the properties deteriorate sharply. With the aging process, the synthetic ester transformer oil produces new oxides, which play a decisive role in performance deterioration, and gradually increase with the increase of aging time.
