实践中陶瓷砖断裂模数不确定度评定和检测能力验证的注意事项

摘　　要：在日常检测中,陶瓷砖断裂模数有时会出现临界值情况。笔者介绍了行业标准RB/T 214-2017检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求标准中第4.5.15条款《测量不确定度》的要求,笔者根据JJF 1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示规范,编写了陶瓷砖断裂模数不确定度评定报告。在国家实验室检测能力验证过程中,结合不确定度评定报告的输入量(标准不确定度),分析了陶瓷砖断裂模数检测的关键质量控制点,取得了检测能力验证的满意结果。It is occasional that ceramic tiles’modulus of rupture occurs critical value in daily texting.This article introduces the requires of No.4.5.15 Uncertainty of Measurement in standard RB/T 214-2017 Competence Assessment for Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval-Genaral Requirements for Inspection Body and Laboratory,the author redacts the report of ceramic tiles`modulus of rupture uncertainty determination based on the JJF standard No.1059.1-2012 Guide to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.In the procession of national laboratory competency tests,the author analyzes the critical quality control point of ceramic tiles’modulus of rupture combining the input(standard uncertainty)in uncertainty evaluation report,and acquires a satisfied consequence.
