摘 要:藏药由于生长环境特殊,其形成了生长缓慢、药用价值高的特点。近年来,人们对藏药的需要不断增加,使得市场供不应求,许多藏药已成为濒危品种。植物组织培养技术具有繁殖系数高、不受季节制约、周期短等优点,无疑是解决藏药资源匮乏的有效手段。基于此,从植物组织培养技术在藏药中的应用、藏药组织培养体系建立途径、影响因素、存在问题等方面进行综述,以期为今后藏药的抢救性保护和可持续发展提供参考。Due to the particular growth environment of Tibetan medicines,Tibetan medicine are slow-growing and medicinally valuable;on the other hand,demand for Tibetan medicines increase so hugely in recent years that they are in short supply on the market,and a large number of Tibetan medicines are endangered.Plant tissue culture technology has advantages such as high reproduction coefficient,fewer seasonal restrictions,and shorter cycle,so undoubtedly it is an effective means to solve the shortage of Tibetan medicine resources.Based on the above considerations,we reviewed the application of plant tissue culture technology in Tibetan medicine,the ways to establish the tissue culture system of Tibetan medicine,influencing factors and problems existed,in order to provide some reference for the salvage protection and sustainable development of Tibetan medicine in the future.
