艾炷灸对CTX骨髓抑制大鼠模型外周血及肝功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同灸量艾炷灸对环磷酰胺骨髓抑制大鼠模型外周血细胞及肝功能的影响。方法:将30只SD大鼠随机分为5组,即对照组(6只)、模型组(6只)、艾灸1组(6只)、艾灸2组(6只)、艾灸3组(6只)。除对照组,其余各组均采用CTX溶液建立稳定的骨髓抑制大鼠模型,分别观察3种不同灸量(3壮、6壮、9壮)的艾炷灸对大鼠模型外周血细胞及肝功能的影响。结果:与模型组相比,艾灸2组、3组能够提高外周血WBC、Lym含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且艾灸3组升高WBC、Lym的效果优于艾灸1组(P<0.05);艾灸1组可降低骨髓抑制模型大鼠AST含量(P<0.05),余无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾炷灸可以升高CTX骨髓抑制大鼠模型外周血WBC、Lym细胞的含量,在治疗过程中艾炷灸未加重模型大鼠肝细胞损伤。Objective:To investigate the effects of moxa cone moxibustion with different moxibustion doses on peripheral blood cells in CTX marrow suppression model rats.Methods:Thirty SD rats were randomLy divided into 5groups:control group(n=6),model group(n=6),moxibustion group 1(n=6),moxibustion group 2(n=6)and moxibustion group 3(n=6).Except for the control group,the other groups used CTX solution to establish stable rat myelosuppression model,and observed the effects of three different moxibustion doses(3cones,6cones,9cones)of moxa cone moxibustion on peripheral blood cells and liver function(ALT,AST)of model rats.The effects of 3,6,9moxa cone moxibustions on peripheral blood cells and liver function were observed in the model rats.Results:Compared with the model group,moxa cone moxibustion group 2and 3could increase the content of WBC and lym in peripheral blood,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of increasing WBC and lym in group 3was better than that in group 1(P<0.05);Moxibustion group had the tendency to reduce the transaminase of myelosuppression model rats,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxa cone moxibustion can increase the contents of WBC and Lym cells in peripheral blood of CTX rats with myelosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide,during the treatment,it did not aggravate the damage of hepatocytes in model rats.
