摘 要:目的:建立醋乳香挥发油气相色谱指纹图谱。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取醋乳香饮片中的挥发油,运用气相色谱法对10批醋乳香挥发油所含成分进行分离,得到气相色谱图,并借助“色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2012A科研类)”对结果进行分析。结果:10批样品确定了20个共有峰,各样品之间的相似度在0.966~0.995之间。结论:该方法重复性良好,简便易行,可为控制和评价醋乳香饮片的内在质量提供参考。Objective:To establish the gas chromatographic fingerprint of the volatile oil of vinegar frankincense.Methods:The volatile oil in vinegar frankincense decoction pieces was extracted by steam distillation.The components contained in 10 batches of vinegar frankincense volatile oil were separated by gas chromatography to obtain the gas chromatogram,and the results were analyzed with the help of“chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2012a scientific research class)”.Results:20 common peaks were identified in 10 batches of samples,and the similarity between each sample was 0.966~0.995.Conclusion:The method has good repeatability,is simple and feasible,and can provide reference for controlling and evaluating the internal quality of vinegar frankincense decoction pieces.
