摘　　要：傅山“心惊不安,夜卧不寐”方治疗男子心肾不交型失眠疗效突出。随着长期临证观察,发现该方在治疗女子疾病,尤以围绝经期失眠、经行口糜两类疾病时疗效亦可观。通过分析二则医案,进一步探讨傅山“心惊不安,夜卧不寐”方对心肾不交证的治方特色,发扬傅山学术思想。Fu Shan’s“disturbed and sleepless at night”formula has a prominent effect in the treatment of men’s Insomnia with heart kidney disharmony.With a period of clinical observation,it has a considerable effect in the treatment of women’s diseases,especially perimenopausal insomnia and oral chyme.By analyzing two medical cases,this paper further discusses the treatment characteristics of Fu Shan’s“disturbed and sleepless at night”formula for non-communication syndrome of heart-kidney,and carries forward Fu Shan’s academic thought.
