中医“杂合以治”在鼻咽癌全程康复治疗中的临床价值

摘　　要：曾普华教授提出鼻咽癌治疗须贯彻“杂合以治”的中医整合医学康复理念,衷中参西、分期辨证,集病证康复、症状康复、饮食康复、功能康复及心理康复五位一体,全程管理,在临床取得一定疗效。总结曾普华教授基于“癌毒致虚”理论,运用中医“杂合以治”开展鼻咽癌全程康复的临床经验。This paper aims to explore Professor Zeng Puhua’s practice of Comprehensive treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine in the Whole-process rehabilitation of nasopharyngeal carcinoma based on the theory of“cancer toxicity causing deficiency”Professor Zeng proposed that the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma should carry out the concept of integrated medical rehabilitation of Traditiona Chinese medicine,which is“Comprehensive treatment”.And Professor Zeng proposed that the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma should Combine Chinese medicine with western medicine,which should be treated by stages and syndrome differentiation.And Professor Zeng proposed that the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma should integrate the type of syndrome,symptoms,diet,function and psychological rehabilitation,five-in-one,the Whole-process rehabilitation.The concept achieved certain curative effect in clinical practice.
