摘　　要：目的:基于数据分析探索现代临床针灸戒毒选穴规律。方法:检索中国知网、万方和维普数据库中关于针灸戒毒的临床文献。运用统计软件对针灸戒毒处方中的选穴进行频次、归经、分布、系统聚类以及关联规则分析。结果:共纳入文献72篇,提取针灸处方59份,涉及腧穴76个,总频次452次。发现内关、足三里、三阴交为最常用腧穴;胃经、心包经为腧穴主要集中的经脉;上下肢为腧穴主要分布的部位;特定穴的选用主要为五腧穴、原穴及络穴;聚类分析结果得出以足三里-三阴交-内关-神门为代表的6类聚类方;关联规则分析得出的支持度最高的腧穴组为内关-足三里,置信度最高的腧穴组为内关→神门和内关→神门-足三里。结论:针灸戒毒临床上选取胃经和心包经,以及内关、足三里、三阴交最多。基于数据分析现代临床针灸戒毒选穴规律,可为今后临床戒毒治疗,提供穴位使用的参考。Objective:To explore the law of acupoint selection in modern clinical acupuncture detoxification by using data analysis.Methods:The modern clinical research literature about acupuncture treating detoxification were retrieved form the CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases.The software was used to analyze the frequency,meridian tropism,distribution,systematic clustering and association rules of acupoint selection in acupuncture detoxification prescription.Results:A total of 72literatures were included,59acupuncture prescriptions were extracted,involving 76acupoints,with a total frequency of 452times.It was found that Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)were the most commonly used acupoints.Stomach meridian of Foot-yangming and Pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin are the main meridians of acupoints.Limbs are the main distribution parts of acupoints.The selection of specific acupoints is mainly five Shu acupoints,the Yuan-Source acupoints and the Luo-connecting acupoints.The results of cluster analysis showed that there were 6kinds of cluster square represented by Zusanli(ST36)-Sanyinjiao(SP6)-Neiguan(PC6)-Shenmen(HT7).The results of association rule analysis,the acupoint group with the highest support is Neiguan Zusanli,and the acupoint group with the highest confidence is Neiguan(PC6)→Shenmen(HT7)and Neiguan(PC6)→Shenmen(HT7)-Zusanli(ST36).Conclusion:Stomach meridian of Foot-yangming,Pericardium meridian of Hand-Jueyin,Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36)and Sanyinjiao(SP6)are the most selected for modern clinical acupuncture detoxification.Based on the data analysis,the law of acupoint selection in modern clinical acupuncture detoxification can provide a reference for the clinical detoxification treatment in the future.
