摘　　要：青龙摆尾属于“飞经走气”四法之一,可激发经气、催气通关过节,在治疗各种由肌肉、肌腱、筋膜痉挛导致的运动系统疾病及由气血不畅所导致的其他疾病方面有良好的临床疗效,运用“青龙摆尾”针法治疗脑卒中并发症有独特确切的疗效及良好的应用前景。目前关于“青龙摆尾”的研究文献较多,但很少涉及对“青龙摆尾”针法作用机制的全面阐释,需要进一步挖掘其作用机理,并将其应用于更多疾病的临床治疗中。通过查阅近年来关于“青龙摆尾”针刺手法的研究文献,以期对“青龙摆尾”手法有个综合认识。By consulting the literature on“Qinglong wagging tail”acupuncture technique in recent years,we have a comprehensive understanding of the“Qingwei”technique.Qinglong wagging tail belongs to one of the four methods of“flying meridians and moving Qi”,which can stimulate meridians and urge Qi to pass through customs.It has a good clinical effect in the treatment of various motor system diseases caused by muscle,tendon and fascia spasms and other diseases caused by poor Qi and blood,The application of“Qinglong wagging tail”acupuncture has unique and definite curative effect and good prospect in the treatment of stroke complications.Although there are many research literatures on“Qinglong wagging tail”,there is still a certain lack of comprehensive explanation of the action mechanism of“Qinglong wagging tail”acupuncture.It is necessary to further explore its action mechanism and apply it to the clinical treatment of more diseases.
