基于红外热成像技术与健身气功探讨亚健康状态的诊疗方式

摘　　要：随着工作生活方式的变化,亚健康正逐渐成为国民身心健康隐患。目前,现代医学对亚健康人群的功能性症状无法检测指标的异常,不仅无法准确诊断,更无法实施有效治疗;中医虽然能够针对亚健康人群的功能性症状进行辨证论治,但是也缺乏有效的客观检测手段。健身气功身心并调的作用对防治亚健康状态有良好的效果,红外热成像技术不仅能够通过红外热图对亚健康状态进行客观判断,还能够检验健身气功对亚健康状态调治的效果。将红外热成像技术与健身气功结合,不仅能对亚健康状态进行诊断及治疗,丰富了亚健康的诊疗体系,还为现代医学诊疗方式的拓展提供了新思路。从亚健康状态、红外热成像技术与亚健康状态、健身气功与亚健康状态、红外热成像和健身气功与亚健康状态四个方面探讨亚健康状态新的诊疗方式。With the change of work and life style,sub-health is gradually becoming a hidden danger of national physical and mental health.At present,western medicine cannot detect the abnormality of functional symptoms of sub-health people,so it is not only unable to diagnose them,but also unable to carry out targeted treatment;although traditional Chinese medicine can treat the functional symptoms of sub-health people based on syndrome differentiation,it also lacks effective objective detection methods.The function of health qigong in regulating body and mind has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of sub-health state.Infrared thermal imaging technology can not only objectively judge the sub-health state through infrared heat map,but also test the effect of health qigong on the regulation of sub-health state.The combination of infrared thermal imaging technology and health qigong can not only diagnose and treat subhealth,enrich the diagnosis and treatment system of sub-health,but also provide new ideas for the expansion of modern medical diagnosis and treatment methods.Author discusses the new diagnosis and treatment methods of sub-health state from four aspects:sub-health state,infrared thermal imaging technology and sub-health state,health qigong and sub-health state,infrared thermal imaging and health qigong and sub-health state.
