呼吸运动康复干预在小儿肺结核肺功能及生活质量改善中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸运动康复干预在小儿肺结核肺功能及生活质量改善中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月沈阳市第十人民医院收治的小儿肺结核患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组给予常规康复干预,观察组在其基础上加用呼吸运动康复干预,比较两组的病灶吸收情况、肺功能以及生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,观察组与对照组相比,病灶总吸收率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC值较高,6min步行距离较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生理职能、生理机能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、社会功能、精力、一般健康状况、精神健康状况评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将呼吸运动康复干预应用于小儿肺结核治疗中,可有效促进病灶吸收,进一步改善肺功能,提高生活质量,改善预后。Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation intervention in the improvement of lung function and quality of life in children with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 120 cases of pediatric tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by a random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was given respiratory exercise rehabilitation intervention on the basis of routine rehabilitation intervention.The absorption of lesions,the improvement of lung function and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the total absorption rate of lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conpared with control group,the values of FEV_(1)and FEV_(1)/FVC were significantly higher,and the 6-min walking distance was significantly longer in observation group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,emotional function,social function,energy,general health status and mental health status in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying respiratory exercise rehabilitation intervention to children with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively promote the absorption of lesions,and further improve lung function,life quality,and prognosis.
