摘　　要：文章采用计量分析法、内容分析法和个案研究法对中国裁判文书网上的351篇文书进行计量分析,概括我国图书馆的著作权侵权行为主要包括单方直接侵权、多方共同侵权及帮助侵权3种类型,并从图书馆、图书馆用户及图书馆合作方三个层面提出规避著作权侵权的策略。By using quantitative analysis,content analysis and case study,this paper first makes a quantitative analysis of 351 documents of China Judgments Online,then summarizes the types of copyright infringement of libraries,and finally puts forward strategies of avoiding copyright infringement from the aspects of libraries,library users and library partners.
