摘　　要：随着电机工业迅速发展,对电刷的质量要求越来越高,而在电刷加工过程中,电刷的装配特别是刷体与导线固定是最重要的环节。文章从国内外电刷刷体与导线的固定方法研究情况,结合多年实际电刷装配经验,对电刷刷体与导线固定方法进行研究,为保证顺利生产做好技术储备。With the rapid development of motor industry,the quality requirements of brush are higher and higher.In the process of brush processing,the assembly of brush,especially the fixation of brush body and wire,is the most important link.Based on the research on the fixing methods of brush body and wire at home and abroad,combined with many years of actual brush assembly experience,this paper studies the fixing methods of brush body and wire,so as to make technical reserves for ensure smooth production.
