摘 要:与新经济地理学的DCI分析框架相比,OTT分析框架最关键的变化是采用的效用函数为准线性二次效用函数,而不是柯布-道格拉斯型嵌套不变替代弹性的效用函数;另一个重要的变化是以线性运输成本取代“冰山”交易成本。在OTT分析框架下,本文将技术溢出引入线性自由企业家模型里,从而本文发展的新线性自由企业家模型不仅可以验证原始线性FE模型的结论,而且与原始线性FE模型相比,本文的研究也得到一些新的结论:运输成本、消费者对不同工业品偏好、工业品间替代性、本地溢出效应、跨界溢出效应的增加都会增加本地市场效应;市场拥挤效应的存在是有前提条件的,当地区间商品运输成本较小、消费者消费不同工业品的偏好程度较大、工业品之间的替代能力较低、本地技术溢出效应较大或跨界技术溢出效应较小时,则有可能导致市场拥挤效应的消失,这时市场拥挤效应逆转为促进产业集聚的动力;本文模型中的突破点可能大于、等于或小于持续点,这意味着随着运输成本的变化,内部非对称稳定均衡结构的出现成为一种可能。Compared with DCI analysis framework of New Economic Geography,one of the most important changes of OTT analysis framework is that utility function is quasilinear quadratic function rather than constant elasticity of substitution nested CobbDouglas utility function. Another important change is that using linear transport cost to replace the “iceberg ” transaction cost. Under OTT analysis framework, this paper introduces technology spillover into linear footloose-entrepreneur model,so that the new linear FE model developed in this paper can not only verify the conclusions of the original linear FE model,but also get some new conclusions: The increase of transportation cost,consumers’ preference for different industrial products,substitutability between industrial products,local spillover effect and cross-border spillover effect will all strengthen the local market effect. There are prerequisites for the existence of market crowding,when the transportation cost is low,the consumers’ preference for different industrial products is high,the substitutability between industrial products is low,the local technology spillover effect is high or the cross-border technology spillover effect is low,the market crowding effect will disappear and be reversed to a driving force for industrial agglomeration. The break point may be greater than,equal to or less than the sustain point,which means that with the change of transportation cost,the emergence of the stable interior asymmetric outcomes becomes a possibility.
