四轨电磁发射器电枢-轨道初始接触特性研究

摘  要:电磁发射器中电枢轨道的不合理物理接触可能导致轨道的刨削、烧蚀和电枢转捩,进而影响电枢和轨道寿命。针对四极轨道电磁发射器电枢的结构特点,设计了基于过盈配合的电枢-轨道初始接触有限元模型,利用ANSYS进行了不同结构参数下的电枢-轨道仿真计算,获得了不同结构参数对初始接触特性的影响规律。为解决电枢尾部接触分离现象,设计了基于反向加载方式下挠度拟合的曲线电枢臂,仿真结果表明,轨道接触效率得到了提高,改善了电枢-轨道初始接触面的压力分布情况。The unreasonable physical contact between armature and rail in the electromagnetic launcher may cause the planing,ablation of the rail and the armature transition,which will affect the life of the armature and rail.Aiming at the structural characteristics of the armature of the four-rail electromagnetic launcher,a finite element model of the armature-rail initial contact based on interference fit is designed.By using ANSYS,simulation calculations of armature and rail with different armature structures are conducted,and some laws of the initial contact characteristics are acquired.In order to solve the contact separation phenomenon of the armature tail,a curve-fitting method for the reverse loading armature arm curve profile based on simulation data is proposed.The simulation results show that the rail contact efficiency is improved and the pressure distribution of the armature-rail initial contact surface is improved.
