摘 要:为了得到全厚式路面加铺层的反算模量与动态模量的相关性,利用FWD无损检测手段进行了测试,并埋入温度传感器采集路面温度,采用软件MODULUS进行模量反算。同时在实验室测定路面各层混合料动态模量,并合成沥青层动态模量。对比分析了宋小金和WEI提出的反算模量换算系数。结果表明,反算结果准确性受温度影响较大,21℃和27℃利用宋小金提出的公式关系求得动态模量与复合模量更为接近。WEI的偏差值均在15%之内,更适宜在全厚式路面沥青加铺层结构中使用。建议在后续研究的过程中考虑厚度、加载频率、加载方式、模量反算方式的影响。In order to get the correlation factor of back-calculated modulus and dynamic modulus of full-depth pavement overlay,pavement temperature was collected by temperature sensor and FWD test was conducted.Software MODULUS is adopted for back-calculated modulus.At the same time,the dynamic modulus of pavement mixture was measured in laboratory and the dynamic modulus of asphalt layer was synthesized.The back-calculated modulus conversion coefficients proposed by SONG Xiao-jin and WEI are compared and analyzed.The results show that the dynamic modulus of 21 ℃ and 27 ℃ is closer to the composite modulus by using the formula relation proposed by SONG Xiao-jin.The deviation values of WEI are all within 15%,which is more suitable for full-depth pavement concrete overlay.It is suggested that the influence of depth,loading frequency,loading mode and back-calculated modulus should be considered in the process of subsequent research.
