摘 要:以某高速公路特大桥为研究对象,在概述常规桩头破除技术所存在弊端的基础上,对桩头环切破除施工技术的优越性及适用性进行分析,并对该桥梁工程混凝土灌注桩桩头环切破除施工技术的应用过程进行深入分析和探讨。结果表明,与常规桩头破除技术相比,桩头环切破除施工技术应用成功的关键在于在钢筋笼加工成型后,将防震气泡膜套在桩头钢筋外部,以降低甚至消除混凝土浇筑后对钢筋的握裹力,并避免桩身环切对钢筋可能造成的损伤;该技术能大大简化混凝土灌注桩桩头破除施工工序,节约施工机械,加速施工进度,确保灌注桩桩头环切破除施工质量。Taking a super large highway bridge as the research object,on the basis of summarizing the disadvantages of the conventional pile head breaking technology,this paper analyzes the advantages and applicability of the pile head ring cutting construction technology,and deeply analyzes and discusses the application process of the concrete cast-in-place pile head ring cutting construction technology of the bridge project.The results show that,compared with the conventional pile head breaking technology,the key to the successful application of the pile head ring cutting technology is to put the shockproof bubble film on the outside of the pile head reinforcement after the reinforcement cage is processed and formed,so as to reduce or even eliminate the binding force on the reinforcement after concrete pouring and avoid the possible damage to the reinforcement caused by pile body ring cutting;This technology can greatly simplify the construction process of pile head breaking of concrete cast-in-place pile,save construction machinery,accelerate the construction progress and ensure the construction quality of circular cutting and breaking of pile head of cast-in-place pile.
