摘　　要：随着交通强国战略的持续推进,对智慧路网信息化工程提出新的建设及管理要求,项目整体呈现复杂性、巨型性、高风险等特征,以系统工程方法为基础,对智慧路网工程建设管理模式进行研究,并开展了初步实践。With the continuous promotion of the strategy of becoming a transportation power,new construction and management requirements are put forward for the information engineering of the smart road network.The overall project is characterized by complexity,giant and high risk.Based on the system engineering method,this paper studies the construction and management mode of the smart road network project and carries out preliminarypractice.
