摘  要:新建潍坊至莱西铁路工程高速铁路在莱西东线路所青荣城际接入,分别在上下行插铺42^(#)道岔施工实例。青荣城际允许速度210 km/h,42^(#)道岔插铺落位及道岔精度要求高。使用换铺设备上位机进行道岔插铺,用时短、效率高、对营业线行车干扰小,道岔横移精度高。Purpose The new high-speed railway from Weifang to Laixi railway project is connected to Qingrong intercity of Laixi east line station,and No.42 turnout is laid up and down respectively.The prepaving platform of turnout is located in high fill subgrade,which is close to the existing line,so the safety of turnout hoisting is higher.During the process of inserting turnout,the up and down lines of Qingrong intercity railway are blocked in the skylight point,which has no impact on the operation of existing high-speed railway;the allowable speed of Qingrong intercity is 210 km/h,and the requirements of No.42 turnout inserting and placing and turnout sub inch are high.It has the advantages of short time,high efficiency,little interference to the operation line and high accuracy of switch lateral movement.
