摘  要:通过对浮法玻璃火电复合熔化工艺技术经济分析,指出正确设计并应用电熔技术,不仅可以显著降低玻璃热耗,在天然气价格处于较高范围时,其运行成本与天然气接近,普及使用大功率电熔技术具备经济可行性。大型浮法玻璃熔窑大功率应用电熔技术存在许多难点,需要全行业集成攻关。Through the technical and economic analysis of float glass thermal power composite melting process,it is pointed out that the correct design and application of electrofusion technology can not only significantly reduce the glass heat consumption,but also its operation cost is close to that of natural gas when the price of natural gas is in a high range.It is economically feasible to popularize the use of high-power electrofusion technology.There are many difficulties in the application of high power electrofusion technology in large float glass melting furnace,and it needs to be solved in the whole industry.
