摘 要:针对现场应用反馈的HXD1型电力机车车载设备故障率较高的问题,开展HXD11342号电力机车在株洲—贵阳路段的线路振动测试,结合GB/T 21563—2018从时域和频域角度分析不同部位测点在不同工况下的振动特性。研究结果表明,轮轨作用是电力机车最主要的振动来源,轴箱在运行工况下的振动频谱密集且以低频为主,经过一系、二系弹簧减隔振作用后明显减弱,但仍是车体和牵引变流器等设备的主要振动成分。牵引变流器工作环境复杂,换热器风机在柜体内的安装基础固有频率较低,受风机转频及其倍频、电磁激励等作用而出现横向振动超标严重。传动控制箱受车体振动传递、电磁激励和风机激励等,出现横向振动超标。功率模块的振动主要来自电容电磁振动、风机振动和车体振动传递等作用。实际线路振动测试可为车载设备的结构改进提供数据基础。Aiming at the high failure rate of on-board equipment of HXD1 electric locomotive feedback by field application,the line vibration test of HXD11342 electric locomotive in Zhuzhou-Guiyang section was carried out,and the vibration characteristics of measuring points at different parts under different working conditions were analyzed from the perspective of time domain and frequency domain in combination with GB/T 21563—2018.The research results show that the wheel rail action is the main vibration source of electric locomotive.The vibration spectrum of axle box under operating conditions is dense and dominated by low frequency.It is obviously weakened after the vibration reduction and isolation of primary and secondary springs,but it is still the main vibration component of vehicle body,traction converter and other equipment.The working environment of the traction converter is complex,the natural frequency of the installation foundation of the heat exchanger fan in the cabinet is low,and the transverse vibration exceeds the standard seriously due to the rotation frequency and its frequency doubling and electromagnetic excitation of the fan.The drive control box is excited by vehicle body vibration transmission,electromagnetic excitation and fan,and the transverse vibration exceeds the standard.The vibration of the power module mainly comes from the electromagnetic vibration of capacitance,fan vibration and vehicle body vibration transmission.The actual line vibration test can provide data basis for the structural improvement design of on-board equipment.
