摘  要:3D动脉自旋标记技术(three dimensional arterial spin labeling,3D-ASL)作为一种新型技术,主要是通过对内源性示踪剂实现标记,属于磁共振灌注成像方式。3D-ASL技术内源性对比剂的作用是通过动脉血水质子选取来实现的,具有可重复检查、操作简单和成本低等优势,也具有较高的无创性,技术运用在临床疾病诊断中,能够有效地防止外源性对比剂造成的风险,3D-ASL技术利用无需造影剂的支持,所以具有较高的安全性,还可以十分清晰地对患者的脑组织灌注情况进行反映。近年来,该技术被广泛地利用在脑肿瘤和脑动脉畸形等疾病的诊断中。本文主要对3D-ASL在中枢神经系统中的应用价值进行分析。Three dimensional arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL) as a new technology,is mainly achieved by labeling endogenous tracers,which belongs to magnetic resonance perfusion imaging.The role of the endogenous contrast agent of 3D-ASL technology is achieved by the selection of arterial blood water protons.It has the advantages of repeatable inspection,simple operation and low cost,and also has high non-invasiveness.The technology is used in clinical practice.In disease diagnosis,it can effectively prevent the risks caused by exogenous contrast agents.The 3D-ASL technology does not require the support of contrast agents,so it has a high degree of safety in diagnosis,and it can also clearly reflect the brain perfusion of patients.Carry out the reaction.In recent years,this technology has been widely used in the diagnosis of brain tumors and cerebral artery malformations.This article mainly analyzes the application value of 3D-ASL in the central nervous system.
