摘 要:基于双尺度渐近分析方法,提出了一种预报单向复合材料轴向强度的双尺度方法。根据组分材料的不同属性引入了不同的强度准则,推导了单向复合材料在宏观轴向均布载荷作用下应变的简化双尺度表达式;得到了单向复合材料轴向强度的计算公式;通过引入纤维等效拉伸强度的概念,将统计学、渐近损伤理论与该方法联系起来预报单向复合材料轴向强度;并给出了计算单向碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料轴向强度的数值算例。计算值与实验结果吻合较好,验证了该方法的有效性。Based on two-scale asymptotic analysis,a two-scale method for predicting axial strength of unidirectional composites is presented in this paper.The different failure criteria are introduced according to different attributes of components and the simplified two-scale expressions of strains of unidirectional composites under macroscopic axial uniform load are deduced.Then the calculated formula of axial strength of unidirectional composites is obtained.The numerical examples for computing the axial strength of unidirectional carbon fibre reinforced epoxy resin matrix composite are given.When applying the method to predict the axial tensile strength,the fibrous effective tensile strength,which is obtained by statistics and relates the progressive damage with the method,can be considered as the fibrous tensile strength adopted in computation.The calculated values have a good agreement with the experiment results,which verifies the validity of this method.
