摘　　要：对陶瓷基复合材料所用胶粘剂、成型工艺进行了研究,确定了胶粘剂的种类,确定了复合材料的压制工艺:压力5 MPa、温度80℃,压制时间为15 min。同时对制备的复合材料进行了防弹性能测试,制品通过了NIJⅢ、Ⅳ级标准测试,取得检测报告,可对后续相关研究工作提供参考。In this paper,the adhesive and molding process used in ceramic composites are studied,the types of adhesive and the pressing process of composites are determined:pressure 5 MPa,temperature 80℃,pressing time 15 min.The bulletproof performance of the prepared composites was tested,and the products passed the NIJⅢand standard tests,and the test report was obtained,which can provide a reference for subsequent related research work.
