摘　　要：双圆弧曲线齿廓形蛇形弹簧联轴器,具有传递扭矩大、补偿偏移能力强、自身重量轻、安全可靠等特点。该联轴器半体的品种多,齿部直径、半体高度及齿数变化较大,为保证齿形精度,减少加工中的变形量。加工制造过程中,设计先进定位工装、分度盘和曲面深槽加工铣刀盘,并对现有X4450仿形铣进行了数控化改造,实现了双圆弧曲线齿形的高精度加工。该产品的成功研制满足了公司主机配套及客户需求,为公司带来新的利润增长点。Double arc tooth profile serpentine steel flex coupling has the characteristics of large torque transfer,strong offset compensation ability,light weight,safety and reliability.It is a new product developed by our company.There are many kinds of coupling halves,and the tooth diameter,half height,number of teeth change greatly.In order to ensure the tooth profile accuracy and reduce the deformation in processing.In the process of processing and manufacturing,advanced positioning tooling,indexing plate and curved surface deep groove processing milling cutter disc were designed,and the existing X4450 profiling milling was numerically modified to realize the high-precision processing of double arc curve tooth profile.The successful development of the product met the company’s host supporting and customer needs,and brought new profit growth points to the company.
