摘  要:针对近距离煤层采空区下液压支架合理选择支护阻力问题,以甘肃某矿5#煤层开采为研究背景,通过理论计算得出液压支架支护阻力为9275 kN。采用FLAC3D模拟软件研究分析不同支护强度下工作面顶板位移特征,得出液压支架支护阻力为10500 kN。结合理论计算与数值模拟结果,确定支架支护阻力应大于10500 kN,研究结果可为该矿井5#煤层开采液压支架选型提供理论参考。Aiming at the problem of reasonable selection of support resistance of hydraulic support under close coal seam goaf,taking the mining of a mine 5#coal seam in Gansu as the research background,the support resistance of hydraulic support was 9275 kN through theoretical calculation.FLAC3D simulation software was used to study and analyze the displacement characteristics of working face roof under different support strength,which concluded that the support resistance of hydraulic support was 10500 kN.Combined with the results of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,it was determined that the support resistance should be greater than 10500 kN.The research results could provide a theoretical reference for the selection of hydraulic support for mining in this mine 5#seam.
