摘  要:花山煤矿机掘巷道目前采用传统的绞车、轨道车等运输方式,运行效率低,安全风险大,为解决回采巷道机掘过程中的此类问题,24152运输巷在掘进过程中,首次试验性的采取气动单轨吊运输方式。根据巷道已掘段实际施工情况,对根据顶板承载能力进行核算、确定气动单轨吊最大起重量,并根据巷道用途断面,确定单轨吊安装位置。现场规范现场施工作业、采取切实可行技术措施,成功使用,充分发挥了设备体积小、机动灵活、运输效率高的优点。Huashan coal mine machine driving roadway has currently adopted traditional winch,rail car and other transportation modes,with low operation efficiency and high safety risk.In order to solve such problems in the process of machine driving of mining roadway,24152 transportation roadway adopted pneumatic monorail crane transportation mode for the first time.According to the actual construction situation of the excavated section of the roadway,the maximum lifting capacity of the pneumatic monorail crane was determined by analyzing the bearing capacity of the roof,and the installation position of the monorail crane was determined according to the section of the roadway.The advantages of small size,flexible mobility and high transportation efficiency of the equipment have been brought into full play.
