摘 要:目的探索应用颅骨侧位X线片进行性别鉴定和个体识别的方法。方法观察172例侧位颅骨X线片,其中男性109例和女性63例。应用ImageTool软件观察颅骨侧位数字化X线图像;分析24项颅骨测量性状和非测量性状指标,每一项指标用数字进行分类和评分,构建24项指标的分级和评分体系,评价各项指标的个体识别能力。结果各项指标的变异度和个体识别概率在0.4153~0.8809之间,每一例样本的24项指标联合编码是唯一的,24项指标理论上至少有9.03×1016种组合形式,累积变异度和个体识别率为0.999999999998,匹配概率为2.3066×10-12。结论24项指标具有较好的个体识别鉴别能力,部分观察指标可应用于侧位颅骨X线片性别判定。Objective To explore the methods of gender identification and individual identification in lateral skull X-ray films.Methods 172 cases of lateral skull X-ray films were observed,including 109 males and 63 females.ImageTool software was used to observe the lateral DR of the skull;24 indicators of measured and non-measured properties of the skull were analyzed,and each indicator was classified and scored with numbers,and a grading and scoring system of 24 indicators was constructed to evaluate the individuals of each indicator.Recognition ability.Results The variability of each index and the individual identification probability ranged from 0.4153 to 0.8809.The 24 index codes of each sample were unique,and the 24 indexes theoretically had at least 9.03×10^(16) combinations.The cumulative variability and individual identification The rate is 0.999999999998,and the matching probability is 2.3066×10^(-12).Conclusion The 24 indicators have good ability of individual identification and identification,and some of the observed indicators can be used to determine the gender of lateral skull X-ray films.
