摘　　要：目的:基于灰色关联分析、总评归一值和聚类分析,评价不同厂家三黄片的质量。方法:测定5个省份13个厂家30个批次样品中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、大黄素和大黄酚的含量,构建灰色关联分析、总评归一值和聚类分析质量评价模型。结果:建立了三黄片的质量评价模型,聚类分析可初步分类,灰色关联分析与总评归一值可细化排序,3种方法可相互补充。结论:化学计量学适用于三黄片质量综合评价。OBJECTIVE: Grey relational analysis(GRA), overall desirability(OD) and cluster analysis were used to evaluate the quality of Sanhuang tablets from different manufacturers. METHODS: The contents of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, rheum emodin and chrysophanol in 30 batches of samples from 13 manufacturers in 5 provinces were determined, and the quality evaluation model of GRA, OD and cluster analysis were constructed. RESULTS: The quality evaluation model of Sanhuang tablets was established, cluster analysis was used to perform initially classified, GRA and OD were used to refine the ranking, the three methods could complement each other. CONCLUSIONS: Chemometrics is applicable to the comprehensive quality evaluation of Sanhuang tablets.
