摘　　要：目的:了解首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院(以下简称“该院”)西医师使用中成药的情况,以促进临床合理用药。方法:通过该院信息系统,收集2021年9月由西医师开具的全部处方,对西药、中成药处方数及处方金额进行统计和分析;同时对开具中成药的西医师进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计与分析。结果:2021年9月,该院中成药处方数为22 778张,其中由西医师开具的中成药处方数为19 436张(占85.33%);中成药处方金额为7 242 432.68元,其中由西医师开具的中成药处方金额为5 966 539.44元(占82.38%)。西医科室出诊医师共493名,其中357名开具了中成药处方(占72.41%)。问卷调查结果显示,西医师使用中成药的情况较普遍,多数西医师对中医理论了解较少。结论:综合医院超过80%的中成药处方由西医师开具,存在用药风险。相关管理部门可分科室进行有侧重点的培训和管理,并通过多途径、多环节促进临床合理应用中成药。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status of Chinese patent medicine by western clinicians in Beijing Shijitan Hospital, Capital Medical University(hereinafter referred to as “the hospital”), so as to promote rational clinical drug application. METHODS: Through the information system of the hospital, all prescriptions issued by western clinicians in Sept. 2021 were collected, and the number and consumption sum of prescriptions of western medicine and Chinese patent medicine were statistically analyzed. Meanwhile, questionnaire survey was performed on the western clinicians who prescribe Chinese patent medicine, statistical analysis was carried out on the survey results. RESULTS: In Sept. 2021, the number of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in the hospital was 22 778, among which 19 436 were issued by western clinicians(85.33%). The consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions was 7 242 432.68 yuan, among which the consumption sum of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions issued by western clinicians was 5 966 539.44 yuan(82.38%). A total of 493 clinicians attending western medicine departments, of which 357 prescribed Chinese patent medicine(72.41%). Results of the questionnaire survey showed that the application of Chinese patent medicine by western clinicians was more common, and most western clinicians had less understanding of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. CONCLUSIONS: More than 80% of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions in general hospitals are issued by western clinicians, which poses medication risks. Relevant management departments can perform focused training and management by department and promote the rational clinical application of Chinese patent medicine through multiple channels and links.
