论法治思维在大学生群体中的培树

摘　　要：就大学生群体来谈及法治思维的概念,它是指大学生在学习法律知识的基础上,通过理解中国特色社会主义法律体系的原则、内容及法律运行的特质,不断树立法治信仰,形成合理运用权利、依法办事的理性思维,它是一种社会主义法治思维。大学生树立和运用法治思维有着很强的必要性和意义。由于我国多种因素的影响,导致大学生在树立和运用法治思维的过程中或多或少地表现出一些缺失与不足。只有对大学生法治思维的树立和运用进行不懈地路径探索和方向选择,方能长久有效地对他们法治思维之养成提供支持。As to the concept of legal thinking among college students, it means that on the basis of studying legal knowledge, college students constantly establish their belief in the rule of law, and form a rational thinking of using rights and acting in accordance with the law, by understanding the principles,contents and characteristics of the legal operation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. It is a kind of socialist legal thinking. There is a strong necessity and significance for college students to establish and use the rule of law thinking. Due to the influence of many factors in our country, college students have more or less shown some deficiencies and scarcities in the process of establishing and using the rule of law-thinking. Only by unremittingly exploring and choosing the practice path and direction of the establishment and application of the law-based thinking of college students, can we provide long-term and effective support for their cultivation of the law-based thinking.
