摘  要:随着医疗技术与无线网络技术的发展,近年来可穿戴心电设备逐渐受到关注并应用于房颤等各类心律失常的诊断。可穿戴心电设备与散点图、人工智能相结合,增强了对心律失常的识别与诊断能力。利用该设备,患者在院外就可实现对心律失常事件的监测,从而可及时得到诊断与治疗。本文就可穿戴心电设备在功能和技术上的革新及其在心律失常患者中的临床应用进展进行综述。With the development of medical technology and wireless network technology,wearable ECG device has attracted more and more attention in recent years,and is applied to diagnose various kinds of arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation.Combined with scatter plot and artificial intelligence,wearable ECG device strengthens its abilities to identify and diagnose arrhythmias.It facilitates patients to monitor arrhythmia events out of hospital,and obtain timely diagnosis and treatment.This paper discusses the functional and technological innovation of wearable ECG devices,and reviews their clinical application progress in patients with arrhythmia.
