摘　　要：[研究目的]研究旨在实现医学影像人工智能领域的技术融合预测及发展趋势预判,并对基于机器学习的技术融合预测方法进行改进,以避免根据传统研究技术融合的方法进行指标罗列,导致指标体系整体逻辑性不强的局限性。[研究方法]以德温特专利数据库为数据源,依据技术融合的内在机理提出相似性和技术特性指标,构建基于机器学习的技术融合预测框架,并对医学影像人工智能领域进行实证分析。[研究结论]结果显示医学影像所涉技术与数字化信息化技术的融合以及数字化信息化技术之间的融合是当前以及未来的发展主题。此外,该领域技术与语音扩音方面的技术G10L、H04R,信息通信方面技术G16H、G16B、H04L的融合以及教育相关的技术G09B与数据方面的技术G06K的融合可能是未来发展的趋势。该领域的研究验证了框架的可行性。[Research purpose]This research aims to realize the forecasting of technology convergence and development trends of the field of medical imaging artificial intelligence,and improve the technology convergence prediction method based on machine learning,avoiding the limitation of the weakness of logic of the whole indicators′system due to listing indicators according to the traditional research technology convergence method.[Research method]Based on the Derwent patent database as the data source,this study proposes a machine learning-based technology convergence prediction framework that uses similarity and technical characteristic indicators based on the inherent mechanism of technology convergence,and applies our framework to the field of medical imaging artificial intelligence.[Research conclusion]The results show that the convergence of the technology of medical imaging and digitalization and informatization technology and the convergence between digitalization and informatization technology are the current and future development themes.The convergence of technology in this filed with the technologies G10L,H04R about voice and amplification and the technologies G16H,G16B,H04L about information and communication and the convergence of education-related technology G09B and technology G06K about data may be the trend of future development.Research in this field has verified the feasibility of the framework.
