摘 要:为了提高变频调速异步电动机转矩的输出稳定性,提出基于模糊变结构PID神经网络控制的变频调速异步电动机转矩脉动最小化控制方法。采用电机的无位置传感器控制技术,采集变频调速异步电动机转矩脉动参数,从而构建转矩脉动约束控制对象模型,采用抗饱和的反馈调节方法,实现电动机转矩的参数融合,基于融合结果通过检测相电流峰值点获得电动机的转矩误差参数,根据滤波增益结果,实现对异步电动机转矩脉动零相移滤波检测,结合参数寻优和模糊变结构PID控制,实现脉动抑制控制优化,从而实现异步电动机转矩脉动的最小化控制。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行异步电动机转矩脉动最小化控制的输出稳定性较高,有效提高了异步电动机转矩脉动参数的最小化控制能力。In order to improve the output stability of the torque of variable-frequency variable-speed asynchronous motor,a control method for minimizing the torque ripple of the variable-frequency variable-speed asynchronous motor based on the fuzzy variable structure PID neural network control was proposed.The position sensorless control technology of the motor was adopted to collect the torque pulsation parameters of the variable-frequency adjustable-speed asynchronous motor,and the torque pulsation constraint control object model was constructed.The anti-saturation feedback adjustment method was adopted to realize the parameter fusion of the motor torque.Based on the fusion result,the torque error parameters of the motor were obtained by detecting the peak point of the phase current.According to the filter gain result,the zero phase shift filter detection of the asynchronous motor torque ripple was realized.Combined with parameter optimization and fuzzy variable structure PID control,the optimization of the ripple suppression control was realized,so as to realize the minimum control of asynchronous motor torque ripple.The simulation results show that the output stability of the induction motor torque ripple minimization control using this method is high,and the ability to minimize the torque ripple parameters of the induction motor is effectively improved.
