摘 要:为了提高工业洁净室环境监控能力,提出基于Lo Ra技术的工业洁净室环境全覆盖监控系统设计,构建工业洁净室环境全覆盖监控的大数据分析模型,结合数据分析和特征挖掘技术分析工业洁净室环境全覆盖信息传输分量,实现对工业洁净室全覆盖监控的数据提取与分析。结合相似度分析和融合度检测,进行环境全覆盖监控和输出均衡配置,采用Lo Ra技术实现工业洁净室环境全覆盖监控的嵌入式调度。通过均衡控制,实现工业洁净室环境全覆盖监控访问控制。设计仿真实验测试,结果表明:设计的工业洁净室环境全覆盖监控系统输出覆盖度较高,延迟率和误码率较低,具有可靠性。In order to improve the environmental monitoring ability of industrial clean room,a design of full coverage monitoring system of industrial clean room environmental based on Lora technology was proposed,and a big data analysis model for full coverage monitoring of industrial clean room environmental was constructed.Combined with data analysis and feature mining technology,the transmission component of the full coverage information of industrial clean room environmental was analyzed and the data extraction and analysis of full coverage monitoring of industrial clean room was done.Combined with similarity analysis and fusion degree detection,the environmental full coverage monitoring and output balanced configuration were carried out,and the Lora technology was used to realize the embedded scheduling of full coverage monitoring of industrial clean room environmental.Through the balanced control,the access control of full coverage monitoring of industrial clean room environment was realized.The simulation test results show that the designed full coverage monitoring system of industrial clean room environment has high output coverage,low delay rate and bit error rate,and has reliability.
