摘　　要：优质的养老服务设施设计对提升老年人生活质量具有重要作用。“医养结合”模式为应对人口老龄化提供了方向性指导,但我国养老服务设施设计仍存在对老年人自我实现的社会需求重视不足,难以充分调动老年人参与社会生活积极性的问题。文章对近年出现的以“积极养老”为导向的设计理论和方法,结合相应的养老服务实践进行研究分析。“积极养老”理念为养老服务设施适老化设计提供了新的方法和思路,推动养老服务设计向精细化、个性化、层次化方向发展。The design of high-quality elderly service facilities plays an important role in improving the quality of life of the elderly.The"integration of medical and nursing"model provides directional guidance for coping with the aging of the population.However,the design of China's elderly service facilities still has insufficient attention to the social needs of the elderly,and it is difficult to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the elderly to participate in social life.This article conducts research and analysis on the design theories and methods that have been oriented towards"active ageing"in recent years,combined with corresponding old-age care service practices.The concept of"active ageing"provides new methods and ideas for the age-appropriate design of old-age service facilities,and promotes the development of elder care service design in a refined,personalized,and hierarchical direction.
