建设工程概算指标数据库的创建及应用--以中小桥梁工程为例

摘　　要：随着国家及行业相关部门对工程管理要求的提高,前期投资控制趋于精细化,估算指标、概算定额的局限性已经满足不了标准要求。创建建设工程概算指标数据库,可以指导前期投资估算及设计概算,达到精准投控,大幅度提高工作效率;但创建建设工程概算指标数据库的重、难点在于资料的搜集整理和分析。以市政桥梁工程设计概算为例,详细介绍概算指标数据库的创建流程、概算指标数据分析步骤和分析方法,说明概算指标数据库的合理性、可操作性。With the improvement of project management requirements of the state and relevant industry departments,the early-stage investment control tends to be refined,and the limitations of estimation indicators&budget estimate quotas cannot meet the standard requirements.The establishment of construction project budget estimation index database can guide the early investment estimation and design budget estimation,achieve accurate investment control and greatly improve work efficiency.However,the key&difficult point of establishing the construction project budget estimate index database lies in the collection,collation and analysis of data.Taking the municipal bridge engineering design budget as an example,the creation process of the budget index database,the analysis steps and analysis methods of the budget index data are introduced in detail,and the rationality and operability of the budget index database are explained.
