摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理对老年脑卒中吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年10月本院收治的80例老年脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用预见性护理,比较两组吞咽功能及护理效果。结果护理前,两组吞咽功能障碍评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后,两组吞咽功能障碍评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于老年脑卒中吞咽障碍中护理效果显著,可有效改善患者吞咽功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on swallowing function in elderly stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Atotal of 80 elderly patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to October 2020 were sselected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function and nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of swallowing dysfunction between the two groups;after nursing,the score of swallowing dysfunction in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing for elderly stroke patients has significant nursing effect,which can effectively improveg the swallowing function of patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
