摘 要:术中神经电生理监测(intraoperative monitoring of the nervous system,IONM)指运用不同的监测设备进行运动、听觉、感觉神经的监测,从而反映相应神经功能方面是否良好。这些设备应用包括肌电图、脑电图、体感诱发电位、运动诱发电位等技术,对术中神经受损情况进行实时监测,研究显示,多数心脏及大血管术后患者易发生神经系统类的并发症,近年来,越来越多的神经电生理检测手段应用于心血管手术中,有效降低不良反应的发生,具有良好的临床应用价值。本文就神经电生理监测在心脏及大血管术中的应用进展作如下综述。Intraoperative monitoring of the nervous system refers to the use of different monitoring equipments to monitor the motion, hearing and sensory nerves, which reflects the nerve functional aspects are wether in good condition. The equipments include the electromyography, electroencephalogram, somatosensory evoked potential and motion evoked potential technology, widely used in the real-time monitoring of intraoperative nerve damage. It has obtained clinical consistent evaluation in recents years. It has much good clinical application value but also has some shortcomings. Therefore, this paper reviews the application of neuroelectrophysiological monitoring in the heart and great vascular surgery as follows.
