摘 要:移动通信和物联网的快速发展迫切需要器件向小型化、集成化方向发展。文章以平面微带结构二阶滤波器为例,阐述了滤波器对带内信号抑制的基本工作机理,并提出一种采用时变调制电路方式抑制带内信号干扰的非互易性滤波器。滤波器抑制带外杂散信号干扰的同时,也可以抑制带内同频信号的电磁干扰,且具有与集成电路加工工艺兼容的优势,有助于实现器件的集成化。微带结构的二阶滤波器仿真结果表明,滤波器对带内信号传输隔离度优于13 dB。非互易性滤波器的研究探索为电磁安全与防护提供了新思路与新方法。With the rapid development of mobile communication and Internet of things,it is urgent for devices to develop in the direction of miniaturization and integration.Taking the planar microstrip second-order filter as an example,this paper expounds the basic working mechanism of the filter for in band signal suppression,and proposes a nonreciprocal filter using time-varying modulation circuit to suppress in band signal interference.The filter not only suppresses the interference of out of band spurious signals,but also suppresses the electromagnetic interference of in band signals with the same frequency.It has the advantage of compatibility with integrated circuit processing technology,which is helpful to realize the integration of devices.The simulation results of a second-order filter with microstrip structure show that the isolation of the filter for in band signal transmission is better than 13 dB.The research and exploration of nonreciprocal filter provides new ideas and methods for electromagnetic safety and protection.
