摘  要:通过分析电子、电气设备电磁兼容测试标准对传导骚扰测试设备人工电源网络(AMN)的参数要求,并使用网络分析仪对人工电源网络频率扩展情况下的相关参数进行校准和补偿,比对不同厂家、不同型号人工电源网络对稳定白噪声信号源的传导骚扰测试结果,分析验证测试结果的一致性,证明相关设备参数只有满足标准要求,测试结果才有保障。在9 kHz~30 MHz频段内,50Ω/50μH的V型网络可以对大电流、标准测试限值比较高的产品的摸底测试提供参考。By analyzing the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility testing standards for electronic and electrical equipment on artificial power network(AMN)of conducted disturbance testing equipment,and calibrating and compensating relevant parameters using network analyzer in the case of frequency extension of artificial power network,the conducted disturbance test results of different artificial power networks from different manufacturers to stable white noise signal sources were compared,and the consistency of test results is analyzed and verified.It proves that only when the relevant equipment parameters meet the standard requirements can the test results be guaranteed.The 50Ω/50μH V-shaped network can provide a reference for the thorough test of products with high current and high standard test limit in 9 kHz~30 MHz frequency band.
