摘 要:目的分析高分辨率CT靶扫描技术在肺磨玻璃结节诊断中的鉴别诊断价值及肺磨玻璃结节疾病特点。方法120例肺磨玻璃结节患者为研究对象,依据病理检查结果分为良性组(良性病变)与恶性组(恶性病变),各60例。两组均行高分辨率CT靶扫描,对比分析两组受试患者的结节形态、结节边缘状态。结果两组结节形态规则、不规则情况对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性组患者的毛刺状率20.00%明显低于恶性组的50.00%,棘状突起率10.00%低于恶性组的30.00%,分叶状率70.00%高于恶性组的20.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高分辨率CT靶扫描技术鉴别诊断肺磨玻璃结节可以根据结节形态、结节边缘状态有效的进行良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断。Objective To analyze the differential diagnosis value of high-resolution CT target scanning technology in the diagnosis of ground-glass pulmonary nodules and the characteristics of ground-glass pulmonary nodules.Methods A total of 120 patients with ground-glass pulmonary nodules were selected as the research subjects.According to the results of pathology,they were divided into benign group(benign lesions)and malignant group(malignant lesions),with 60 cases in marginal group.High-resolution CT target scanning were performed in both groups,and the nodule morphology and nodule marginal status of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of regular and irregular nodule morphology between the two groups(P<0.05).The burr-like rate 20.00%of the benign group was significantly lower than 50.00%of the malignant group,the spinous protrusion rate 10.00%was lower than 30.00%of the malignant group,and the lobulated rate 70.00%was higher than 20.00%of the malignant group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The differential diagnosis of ground-glass pulmonary nodules by high-resolution CT target scanning technology can effectively differentiate benign and malignant tumors based on nodule morphology and nodule margin status.
