子宫输卵管造影在不孕症中的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫输卵管造影在不孕症中的诊断价值。方法118例疑似不孕症患者,均进行腹腔镜下引导美蓝通染液试验和子宫输卵管造影检验。分析两种诊断方法的阳性检出情况,以腹腔镜下引导美蓝通染液试验为金标准,分析子宫输卵管造影对不孕症的诊断效能。结果腹腔镜下引导美蓝通染液试验结果显示,阳性检出110例,阴性检出8例;子宫输卵管造影结果显示,阳性检出104例,阴性检出14例。以腹腔镜下引导美蓝通染液试验为金标准,子宫输卵管造影诊断不孕症的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度、约登指数分别为98.08%(102/104)、42.86%(6/14)、92.73%(102/110)、75.00%(6/8)、91.53%(108/118)、0.6773。结论将子宫输卵管造影应用在不孕症的诊断中具有较高的价值,诊断准确度较高,可以为临床的诊断治疗工作提供科学参考,值得推荐。Objective To discuss the value of hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of infertility.Methods All 118 patients with suspected infertility underwent laparoscopic guided methylene blue dye test and hysterosalpingography.The positive detection of the two diagnostic methods was analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of hysterosalpingography for infertility was analyzed with the laparoscopic guided methylene blue dye test as the gold standard.Results The results of laparoscopic guided methylene blue dye test showed that 110 cases were positive and 8 cases were negative;the results of hysterosalpingography showed that 104 cases were positive and 14 cases were negative.Taking laparoscopic guided methylene blue dye test as the gold standard,the positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Youden index of hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of infertility were 98.08%(102/104),42.86%(6/14),92.73%(102/110),75.00%(6/8),91.53%(108/118),and 0.6773.Conclusion Hysterosalpingography has high value and high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of infertility,and can provide scientific reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worth recommending.
